I would actually give them a deadline, and make it clear that if that passed and a tracking number hasn't been produced, the parts will be sold. Sometimes things happen, but to be delaying this long? I don't think the other person is taking the trade OR your time very seriously, OP, and that's not cool in the least. If it were me I'd probably make the deadline a tight one, as well. They've been delaying you long enough, and you could make an easy profit selling the pieces. Good luck no matter what you do!
