I've had the exact same experience with them, story time!
Okay, so I found them on Instagram about a year or two ago and started talking to them about commissioning a fursuit from them, they said that they were actually about to open for fullsuits so I was in luck. I was super excited and couldn't wait to start sending payments so that I could get my fursuit before I went to AC2014 (which was my goal). Well, once I started sending payments, they started sending me WIP pictures and then I sent them my DTD. After I did that, it seemed like they disappeared off the face of the Earth. The plan for my fursuit was for it to be finished by April 2014 so that I could get it before AC2014 in July, well, that plan didn't work out (I paid the suit off in March by the way, over $1100). They then told me that they would have to push it back for personal reasons and I was alright with that because it was months until I went to AC, so I wasn't worried about it. Well, then June came around and I got fired from my job, so I had no money, then they said that I didn't pay for shipping (which I did pay for it when I paid it off), so then I got pushed back until July. After that, I paid it off and they said they were going to send it to AC, well, that didn't happen either. Then I asked them if they could send it to Megaplex for me and they said that the crotch on my DTD was too low (I would post a pic to show that it was fine but I don't have it saved on my computer, its on my instagram somewhere). I then told them that I was going to basic training for the military and that I would like to have it when I get back, they said alright and that it would be done. After I got out in November, I looked for them on Twitter and they had changed their name, I messaged them twice in November before Thanksgiving and then a few times in December. It is now January and I still have had no response as to why it has not been finished. I don't recommend even trying to commission them and I'm sorry that you had this much difficulty out of them. (Also, sorry for the long read, just had to get that out there)
