Well, I guess first of all, I've never done a refund with an artist before, and I'm not the one requesting it. I'm more used to the traditional sense of things like if I used my card at a store and then returned a product, they would put the full amount back on my card and there wouldn't be any fees for me, it would be something they all cover through their card processor. I've just never really been in this sort of situation before, so I'm not sure what I should expect, I suppose. Hence why I asked.
