In her note she says she's going to remake it. Maybe ask to see the original WIP, if she still has it?
I've had stuff pop up and redo trades because I've improved.
I'd also try sending another note, or leave a shout asking to read it. FA can, and does, eat notes. If the shout gets nuked, and the note is still unread, then it's proof of ignoring.
