Yeah, things have changed drastically in terms of e-sigs last year or so. Sign/scan is kind of obsolete now.
I actually though about maybe doing a basics of contracts post for here about the four pieces of a binding contract, about deposit versus down payment, about reasonable and unreasonable terms, and also explain the new steps on legal e-sigs, which is a real progress for transactions done strictly online! Scan/sign worked but was time consuming. E sigs is so simple zero excuses.
My health is poor, I'm not online much so haven't had a chance to get anything written. I hope to, if you gguys' accept it.
Hoping to live long enough to write the last exams and swear in at the bar here in this country. Since probably not going to get well enough to go back to EU.
I find this post fascinating because it could be a text book example of a dispute about one party claiming not to accept the contract but accepting the consideration(the funds in this case).

I'd like to clear up how and when TOS terms end up binding on custom contracts as well, since I think that TOS in placce of contract + sales agreement is a big issue in the fandom.
