Last time I'm commenting on this. But that edit is something else.
It wasn't even most of the edit that got me,it was the second to last line. "You are welcome I took the time and effort to let you know this person will scam you and lie to your face about it."
That's a big red flag. You don't respond to people trying to give advice and making,as was said in OP's original beware, an informed decision based on evidence shown with "You should be thankful I did this".
