I'm sorry if this is the incorrect community to post to, but I'm at a lost of where to turn, and it seems that Artist_Beware give good advice to artists.
I've been quite unsure if I've actually wanted to come public with this either, just attaching my name feels like someone will find out it is me. I'm afraid this might ruin my standing in the community because this person is popular, but I hope this post is worth the risk.

TLDR; I suspect someone, who has been caught tracing before, is continuing to do so. But the sources this person is tracing from are INCREDIBLY hard to find (see reasons below).
This person takes commissions, if that matters at all.
What do I do to help put a stop to this? Are there places I can post (anonymously) about this issue in hopes more people can look for sources? Should I directly confront this person, or should I continue to go through administrative routes as I have done in the past?

March 28th, 2012 was when I first contacted FoxFairy about commissioning her for an ‘artistic freedom’ fursuit head on DeviantArt that she was offering.  After accepting me as a client, we moved our communication to email. I have been contacting her through the email address she provided with me since this point
I decided to upgrade my commission to a partial ‘artistic freedom’ suit and FoxFairy took my measurements and proceeded.
My partial was completed & shipped out Feb 21st, 2013 & I did receive it. We briefly conversed until mid-March, where I mentioned that I was eager to receive the extra 4 yards of fur that I paid for. She was just finishing college & moving, so I gave her a grace period to settle down.
June 17th she emailed me and told me that she had finally settled down & would mail out my fur within a week. This was the last contact I had from her.
Since June 17th I emailed her 5 times asking her if she had mailed it out yet. During this time in July she was selling fur on the LJ Community Fursuitauctions. She was NOT selling my fur, but at this point I started to wonder if she even had the 4 yards of fur.
Aug 1st I found out that she had mysteriously disabled her FurAffinity page and disappeared from Twitter. After some Google-searching I found a Facebook page she had for her business and saw a status update dated July 23rd stating;

“Taking a break from social media for a bit. I have created a new email for commission inquiries only. It's foxfairy-fursuits@gmail.com”
At this point I had no idea about her new business email & made sure to send my inquiries to BOTH of her email addresses. I also found out that I could view disabled FA pages and saw her last FA Journal entry (also dated July 23rd).

As you can see, unless I was really digging (which I ended up doing) I couldn’t have seen the journal and I am disappointed that her clients were never contacted about this ‘break’.

As for the refund.. during our transactions FoxFairy had informed me that I actually overpaid her for the partial + extra fur!

So it was decided that she was to refund me $150.
We agreed that she would send it $50 at a time.
She did send me the first $50 on Feb 17th, but that was all I received.
We did agree that she owed me another $50, but to hold onto the last $50 to help pay for the shipment of the 4 yards of fur because we weren't sure how much it would be to ship.

I hope everything here is easy to follow. I can provide more screenshots if necessary.
