I need some advice.

I claimed a head from a fursuit sales group last month, and finished paying it off on the 8th or 9th. They emailed me to confirm the shipping address and everything, but the next day I realized that I wasn't going to be at my home for the next few days, and wanted to know if they'd sent it out. Email sat without a response for 4 days before I nudged them again. They said they left it with a relative to send out, and that they'd call and ask about it... But they said later (last night) that they got no answer but 'believed it was sent out', and that they would give me a tracking number. But that doesn't add up? I'm nervous that it was sent out already and possibly snatched, or they're lying about it. What do I do now? Do I just wait???
