Lost Contact - Cyniikal

Has anyone heard from Cyniikal? I commissioned them on November 6th 2016 for two blinking icons on their YCH icon and I checked back sometime during this year and found they hadn't been active on their account, core ran out and everything, and the journals they had posted were a tad concerning. I tried contacting them june 4th 2017,but the notes gone unread and any other attempts at contacting them haven't been met with success.
