hey there... first post, and a few questions...

during last summer, i was commissioned, and i started work on his commission... but sadly, at the time i was not the quickest. add that college starting and it's been a while since i've been able to make the time to get it done. i've been emailing him letting him know that i'm still doing it, but at this point i've not gotten any reply... should i just send the payment back and give him what i have? complete it and send it as soon as i can? (which is no guarantee that i'll get it done soon... assignments almost weekly)

i know that i've probably gotten some neative feedback, and i am not saying that i don't deserve it, but i want to make this right... any suggesstions?
