More of a 'proper protocol' question?

I recently finished a commission, which is very overdue. I attempted to contact my commissioner, to let her know it was finished(We hadn't had much in the way of contact- I emailed her WIP shots when I could and didn't get much in the way of a response), but haven't heard squat from her in a little over a week. I have her physical address, but I'm afraid if I mail it to her she may have moved or something? 

Any ideas what I should do in this situation?

i'd just sit on it for a while, i've had more than a few people like that. i'm always afraid to mail stuff out since most furries are migratory

Send a written letter to her physical address telling them you are trying to contact you in regards of the commission. I don't know many that don't have a forwarding address after moving (its usually good for a year, the forwarding service).

Include all contact information for them so they can contact you.

Other than that? Probably would have to sit on it until they contacted you.

Better yet, set it aside and, like neo53 says, contact her and if you still hear nothing back, wait. . .oh, 6 months, maybe longer then politely advise her that if she doesn't want her order to go on an online block, to get in touch with you, ASAP

I'd second sending her a physical letter. In the age of e-mail, sending a physical letter just shows a degree of professionalism that really impresses people, and it shows that you're going the extra mile to make sure the transaction goes through without a hitch.

That said, don't ignore other methods, either. Contact her in the other ways you know how (I'm assuming you have her e-mail, and probably her FA too). If you have a facebook/myspace, try finding her there too (since you have her mailing address I'm assuming you have her real name too?). Just be discreet if you can, she could be a bit gun-shy about you posting something on her wall along the lines of "Hey, I got your commission of an adult nature featuring anthropomorphic characters in very naughty situations done i've already fapped to it twice and is this too much information? :3 :3 :3"

I know you can send private messages over that service, so try that.

Anyway, send these messages repeatedly over a period of time until she responds, say once a month or so.

Just have her email and address. i had her FA name but all of my private messages were deleted a while ago, so I don't have it on file anymore. I'm definately sending her a piece of physical mail to that addy. Thanks very much :)

This, she may have lost her internet, or computer just died. But at the same time, I'd hate to mail it out and she moved... And the head is forever lost >

Or she's just on vacation. 1-2 weeks is a bit short to start to worry.
