...does anyone know who this guy is, and wether this email is justifiable? has anyone else gotten an email like this? I don't think I know what to do here... I'm thinking no, but if someone else has a good feeling about this.. I don't know, because I don't.

Anyway, I haven't heard of him, and I half imagine it's just some little thing some guy's trying to put together. I don't really see any harm there myself; at least he sent you an email. However, it's totally your discretion whether or not to let him use it or not.. I personally doubt I would let him have my stuff, but that's just me.

I've submitted art before and gotten my copy. It's an ok zine...just a little black and white fanzine, about 20-30 pages or so.

I am not too crazy about his system of having the artists pay shipping, but that may be due to low reader volume ....perhaps the zine doens't make enough to justify paying artists shipping.

Allowing him to print your art though is a good way to get a little exposure. Perhaps add a little email address to your art so people will be able to contact you for commissions.
