Growly, you have such great customer service here that it's amazing. But seriously, this whole mess is just horrible, holy cow. And expecting that she is entitled to extra fabric? Umm, NO. You pay for a combination of fabric, time, your skill, etc. Wow I have never had anyone insinuate that I owe them their fabric and I hope to god I never do. Everyone seems to be really understanding with this aspect.
This is one of the worst cases I've seen with a custom work. Just my word :/
