Making the mistake of joining the auction and then not talking it over with the artist is your fault and she did not deserve your attitude during the transaction. You're awfully sweet sounding here compared to the notes with Grolwy, it's odd that you can't notice how bad you sound.
You were very condescending when trying to explain about the marking. You were treating her like an idiot and thinking she was arguing, when she obviously just didn't understand what you meant. You need to calmly explain things t'ill someone gets it.
A few people have pointed out that you are, at least partly, wrong about the marking. Check here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2927468/ When she lifts her arms, it's a triangle shape. Yes, hers is still a lot more blobby then it's supposed to be, but it was probably the only way for her to figure out how to do that triangle for you (I'm assuming, as I don't do fursuits).
Also, a good tip for future commissions: Look everything over, completely and right away. An artist is not going to wait months for revisions, not any type. Once you receive the suit, you explain straight away about any problems with it and all of them, rather then wait and add on more and more as time goes by. Never feel bad, especially if you want to ask about it later, always do it right away. So it's either ask or don't say anything at all ever. If you'd like to try a few things first, wearing it at a con for example, explain it to the artist to see if you have the time for it.
It's also extremely off putting how you wrote a review about her with ought even giving her a chance to fix anything. Mistakes happen, I forget glasses ALL the time when I draw, and I'd be very wrong of someone to not ask about it and go post a review about it.
