Yeah, I understand what it's like to have that sort of stuff happen. It's also annoying that people would rather gripe behind your back than come out and be honest, but you have to be willing to take it as well. If people feel they can't talk to you, or are afraid to do so, they'll just sit and stew until someone prods them into action unfortunately. Just be sure you're being open and willing to listen ( I had to learn my lesson about it the hard way X__X)
And I also feel you on not being the best with words, XD. But try, and don't let a lot of what's being said get under your skin, you just come and tell your side of the story, and people will decide which is more credible. All in all just take it as growing experience.
