Yes, I know I should have backed off. I kept remembering what a good customer he was from the start and thinking the usual,"Well... maybe it's this..." I've learned my lesson, for sure.
I'd like to post the proof onto this original post if possible: I can take screen shots fine. I'll probably only have 1 or 2 good ones that really will back me up, though. Is that possible? I remember I had to get approved for this post. OR will I have to post a new one?
