Goldfoot - Missing Conbadge Commissions

Does anyone know.remember the artist Goldfoot?

She used to be on DA: http://goldfoot.deviantart.com/

I commissioned her last year for two conbadges and paid her for them. She received my payment but forgot to mail them out to me. I kept noting her, and finally she noted me back, she said she just needed my address again to send them out becaise she had forgotten. Then the next day she left DeviantArt with this farewell Journal entry...

I emailed her again today and now Im recieving a Delivery Status Notification saying her email doesnt exist.

She and I noted each other during the commission and before, and she seemed really sweet and everything...but...where is she now? If ANYONE can help me contact her, I would be greatful.

I kind of got worried before she asked for my address (the second time), she never scanned my conbadges, so I dont know waht they look like, if they are created.

Okay, About 2 weeks after I made this entry, I finally got an answer back from Goldfoot. She did post her email address incorrectly, as it was 'silver' not 'silber'.

After we caught back up she quickly re-did my badges, which looks great by the way :)

It was all a big mis communication because of typos.

Yeah, I saw that she left too.. It was dissapointing because I too was going to mmish her, well, she said she was sketching for me and that was the last of it before she left DA. I never made any payments, but was slightly dissapointed because her art is lovely and she's very nice, as you said.

My only suggestion is that maybe she made a spelling error and wrote sibergoldfoot@yahoo.com instead of siberagoldfoot@yahoo.com, because I think her previous alias was Sibera? *Shrugs*

I too commissioned her for a conbadge, sent off the cash (she wouldn't accept PayPal) and very soon after she made that announcement. I noted her several times with no response, and of course tried the email addy to find it didn't work.

Frankly I've given up on her as just trying to get as many commissions as possible before upping and offing with the money, but I can be distrusting at times. I doubt I'll ever get my badge.

There is no offical list. MOstly if an artist does something shady and they get posted around here, the word gets out about them and they get a reputation.
It would be a fine idea to actually make a list of shady artist and commissioners however...
