Something on this scale = legal action can actually, be sucessully performed. It's a last ditch thing, though. If the guys responsible won't refund, paypal won't refund, etc.. because the legal fees will probably eat all 100-200 people's $30 reg. You'd also need at least 20 other people to come foreward and say 'yeah, these guys swindled us'.
