EDIT: I have removed the contents of this entry as a "peace offering" of sorts to lacy, as this entry was directed to her about some items that I had not recieved. I have just now emailed Lacy in hopes that we can rectify the situation and establish better communications.

Kobuk, I have been replynig to your emails but I'm really not sure if you're getting my replies. I also sent a reply to the above mentioned email. Your items are done, as I mentioned, and I would like to mail them out to you, so there is really no need for "cancellation." I've also apologized for the delay, but each time I have spoken with you, you never insinuated a deadline.

Email me back with your mailing address, it's all I need from you to get them out to you.

Yeah, dude... generally take radio silence as the other person not getting your emails, or your email eating their replies. You need to try contacting the person in other ways (instant messengers, LJ, SecondLife, art sites, anything) before assuming that they're just bad businesspeople or something.

I told you that I'd chatted with her for you and that she would get you the fur soon... and from what she said, she's responded to you via email.

I don't think posting this here is the proper route to take when you are actually in contact with the maker, and your items are soon to be completed. I'm sure she would have appreciated some sort of "Lacy, Im getting tired of waiting, get me my stuff or I'm done with you" ultimatium before bringing this public.

When you post something like this, it should be an absolute last resort, when you cannot contact a maker or are having severe issues. People will read this and remember seeing the name Lacy on something negative, and not the actual situation at hand, potentially steering away business. It's unfair to her.. and yes, while you probably should have gotten your paws sooner, there was no sense of urgency. If she is willing to send your stuff, which it sounds like she has been and has emailed you about, you really should take this post down.

did you just ASK for her to send you the leftover fur, or were you offering to purchase it? personally, i wouldn't just up and send you the leftover fur because you asked...fur is expensive, and when you make a living building fursuits, it's very valuable. unless you guys are good buddies, or she offered, or you offered to pay for it...i wouldn't be expecting something in the mail.
