A major issue with a fursuit commission that I had placed.

A few months before AnthroCon I had placed an order with Whippetluv for a fursuit that was to be done by AC. The suit was done in time, but when I got the suit it was sadly to small as well as a few other problems. So I sent it back, emailed Whippetluv and she emailed back that she had the suit now, and then I have heard nothing for 4 months. I have emailed her several times, and nothing is working. Last I heard from a friend of hers is that she hasn’t touched my suit. So now she has my money, and my suit, and is not answering my emails. What should I do or try? Any ideas or help would be greatly welcome as I’m at my wits end. I don’t want to be out my money or my suit, but it’s starting to get where I would want one or the other.

I've heard similar from a few others -- try her on DeviantArt as 'whippetluv' as well, I believe she is usually very active there.

Hey. Ummm I replied to your last email. At least I thought I did. Its cornflakegirl pony @hotmail dot com. I also have responded to your other call. Note me there. I had informed you that your suit was at my tailors being resized. I am not using L. Hassel to resize it. I found someone else. She doesn't do her own bodysuit work either and her person has been so busy that I didn't want to burden them further. I will try and get ahold of them to find out what is going on. Would you like me to go ahead and mail you everything but the bodysuit? Just try me at teh cornflakegirlpony address. If you have been using the verizon then yeah, I am not getting those. Sorry to scare you.

Sadly I have only had your @verizon.com email, plus I don't have your phone #. I'm surprised that you arn't using Lynn to finish the body suit, since she does make some very good suits. Thanks for the reply, and I'll shoot you an email to the @hotmail.com one.
