These guys have GoDaddy as a registrar. The information GoDaddy has on them shows that they are registered through 'DomainsByProxy' WHY YES THIS IS A LITTLE SUSPICIOUS HMM yeah I'd say they set this up expecting legal problems.

Anyway, DomainsByProxy is quite helpful, here they are:

They have details on how to contact their customers. Apparently emails sent to the email listed on the WHOIS for the domain will be forwarded to the contact info DomainsByProxy has on the registrant. That email is:
HOTPROFILEPLUS.COM@domainsbyproxy.com

However if the customer doesn't reply they have a proper form to fill out which is fully linked on their site.

Domains by proxy is a privacy add on to the domain. Basically it's just to cover private information, but the people you also want to contact is:
https://interserver.net/terms-of-service.html
This is their host, the location that actually holds the files

abuse@interserver.net
the abuse email seems the most likely way to make the claim to the company.

it was just a quick DNS lookup
I made a post about this sort of thing a while back. Basically, you look up the IP address of their nameserver and find out what company that IP address belongs to, and bingo, found your server you need to contact.
