"Artists Beware"

Rights of the images exist for the client who paid the artist, and I'm sure those specific rights are what's transferred specifically. Usually the client has access to the artist's image for icons, wallpapers, banners, uploading on character accounts (with credit to artist) etc, basically that kind of personal use. I'm guessing those rights in particular (versus those such as selling prints) are what transfer, so the new owner of the character can use the art for icons and other personal use.
