Just leting everyone know the issue has been resolved and what not. (:
WHO: Fawnspots
WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/fawnspots/
WHAT: A flat color sketch commission
WHEN: Sent payment on may 13th 2013
PROOF: This was our first interaction and how it would cost 14 pounds for a flat color sketch. http://www.ezimba.com/work/130830C/ezimba18370820796500.png
This was when she asked for my refs http://www.ezimba.com/work/130830C/ezimba18370853002800.png
and then I asked her for her paypal. http://www.ezimba.com/work/130830C/ezimba18370873114600.png
Proof of payment on may 13th 2013 http://www.ezimba.com/work/130830C/ezimba18370854133300.png
EXPLAIN:It has been over three months, I have noted her once or twice to find out how the commission was coming along but no reply and I know that she has read the note but she just chooses to never reply. http://www.ezimba.com/work/130830C/ezimba18370853158900.png
I have commissioned for a flat color sketch from fawnspots. It was all nice and dandy at first, but now I cannot get a hold of her and I've seen her post some art atleast a month ago. I have made this in hopes that people watch out for her or that she can finally get a hold of me, stop ignoring me, and either give me back my money or finish the commission.

Date: 2013-09-01 12:32 am (UTC)I just thought I'd let you know what's going on, first and foremost... I'm currently typing this from my iPad, my laptop is out of use at the moment as the charger broke, I have a new one ordered that shall arrive next week.
My queue, at the moment, consists of several last owed commission pieces and a couple of art trades. I am moving out of my home in 2 weeks for college and I had the intention of completing all of my owed work by then.
But goodness, I honestly cannot stress enough how sorry I am... I didn't forget about your commission at all, I can confess I am at complete fault for the lack of contact. I have anxiety disorder which really meddles with my ability to respond to notes sometimes, as ridiculous as it sounds.... To amend this? I've resorted to revising my TOS once my current queue is cleared, and switch to emails as opposed to FA's note system because.... Lets be honest, it's quite painful to navigate.
I am keenly aware of where I was at fault, absolutely. It was not professional of me in the slightest. I'm very regretful that it has come to this, and I sincerely hope that I can make up to my errors ensuring I never repeat this behaviour.
So, as for options, I am completely comfortable with either decision:
- A full refund
- The artwork completed when my new laptop charger arrives (which will be, by postal delivery estimate, 3rd of September onwards)
One last apology for my ill behaviour, and I sincerely hope that I can sort this out for you. All the best. X

Date: 2013-09-01 04:50 am (UTC)I am going to take this post down ( just letting you know)
I felt horrible when my friends would tell me to post this. I just had to get away to get ahold of you , you know?
I was just geting tired of noting you and you would look at the note and not reply. I know you are busy with life but even a simple reply back would have made me feel better. And i always hate bugging people about this sort of thing. anyways yea i would still love the picture.
