I'm also counting anything she's taken money for, not just the active ones but the inactive ones too as ... well, shes been sitting on money for years now. This is a deep rooted issue that's gone back as far as 2008 and beyond. Sadly I've watched it go on for so long now that I am absolutely not shocked by her behavior.
She will not be refunding, she has no cash to do it with. She also refuses to explain why she won't job hunt either. No car, no money, no means of making money - she's stuck in a bad rut and at her age (28 I think?) it's absolutely unacceptable. She just needs to grow up.
