This is a follow up posting to my previous entry seen here:

As of my writing this, I have yet to receive any sort of refund and have had hardly any communication from Nathradas in regards to the owed refund. It is only because this artist is continuing to take commissions via Flight Rising and is blatantly ignoring correspondence, that I felt the need to submit an update.
PROOF:
The complete collection of our e-mail correspondence from June to November.
Nathradas stating that commissions are on hold due to the state of her health and other life issues.
Starting up a donation drive in order to pay for her life expenses, I highly doubt that any of this will be going towards those of us who are still awaiting a refund.
Nathradas opens up for commissions on Flight Rising[original thread here], despite owing people both artwork and refunds.
EXPLAIN:
I have been pursuing this for well over a year now and have been met with constant excuses and/or silence from Nathradas' end. She has stated that she cannot send out commission files due to complications, is without internet, and that she cannot work on commissions, while still posting to FA, uploading and working upon donation drive pieces[NSFW], and now she is taking commissions for in-game items on Flight Rising on top of being fairly active on the site during a good portion of the time she has claimed to be without internet access, and has been creating and uploading FR themed works.
At this point, I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see my refund and I honestly feel as though I, as well as others, have been given a complete runaround by this artist.

Date: 2013-11-27 04:01 am (UTC)Doing art for pretend game cash does not take priority over paying back commissioners. If they took $10 cash to do the same small icon style commissions, they would be able to refund you in a few days, so there is no excuse to NOT do it by now.

Date: 2013-11-27 07:05 am (UTC)All those contacts she left open, her e-mails, tumblr, everything... She was opposed to people contacting her from there and EVEN through FA notes.
When she finally had time to sit down and go through with commissions and refunds, she left a whole new e-mail for people to contact her on and since then, I did get my refund. I hope she refunds you too because going through that was absolutely ridiculous.
Never dealing with her again.

Date: 2013-11-27 04:39 pm (UTC)I mean, even her stream rules request that you not ask her questions about commissions, and while I can understand wanting to keep things organized and having a streamlined chat, it presents some serious issues if you're also going to ignore the only line of communication you've provided for your clients. It's a bit of a headache to say the least.

Date: 2014-03-17 03:14 am (UTC)I've noticed on her FA page, it seems she still owes a commission to someone totaling $150... AND on her Twitter account (which used to be public but is not anymore) is now private and only people who request to follow her can tweet her stuff.
She hasn't been active on her FA for 3~4 months but I can bet she's been posting on her twitter every day. Her Tumblr used to be filled with art but it no longer shows anything anymore.
I feel like this is another case of Pirate-Cashoo. :/
