Though I am curious who is doing the trouble tickets now since there's a huge backlog. Though I have a strong feeling who Carmen is since he's also the admin on the FA forums as well.
EDIT: Forgot to add one thing. If he's answering the tickets that are AB as well that could unexpectedly cause some problems as well If it's really who I think it is.
