9. Here, she tells someone I told her that I would not fix her head nor did she trust me to fix it for reasons I’m unaware of. http://i.imgur.com/TeRJall.jpg
EXPLAIN: Instead of asking me or even telling me to fix these things (which it states in my TOS that it is covered by my warranty for construction flaws, It also states that I have the right to refuse service, which I am promptly setting in place after this uproar), She neglected to go a professional route but instead, decided I am not to be trusted so, I’m assuming to this nature, would not allow me to fix these things.
She also claimed that I had tried to scam her out of shipping money. This accusation was on a previous post she deleted before I could screen cap it but here is how it actually happened:

She is now saying that I owe her a free head. It’s ridiculous to say the least and I am not the only one who was held to invisible expectations. I’m posting this so that anyone who deals with her can either know what to expect or decline her commission all together.

Date: 2014-03-10 03:38 am (UTC)I've known of this person for a long, long time (they watch me and we've chit-chatted briefly a few times) and WOW.
If that head doesn't match her character (at least the last time I saw it) I don't know WHAT would.
The expression is absolutely adorable. The nitpicking is INSANE.

Date: 2014-03-10 12:46 pm (UTC)Her "I heard that xxx is made like xxx" is really killing me. There are multiple accepted ways to do things. Also seconding the idea that she's not wearing it properly. I'm really confused about the mesh being too thick thing. If you can see through it without glasses, you can see through it with glasses? Glasses are clear?
Though my favourite parts have to be:
Complaining that the head doesnt have side or muzzle padding. (nor do my resin heads)
"I like the nose holes, I can breathe really well out of it" (which is quite impressive since she can't wear it)
And where she explains in the unboxing video why the hair is the wrong colour and says its fine because she bought the right colour, but goes on to the review video saying its wrong and she doesnt know why the maker got it so wrong.
And the glasses thing.. Jesus, artists are not mind readers.
Since the journal's been taken down, it's all at http://www.youtube.com/user/kelleytoons/videos

Date: 2014-03-10 03:16 pm (UTC)Yeah that's gonna work REALLY WELL when her current head is still under repair warranty.
Besides, if you DID agree to it, who's to say that the same "issues" aren't going to crop up again? Especially if they're not truly communicating with you (and you seem really willing to communicate) about the issues.

Date: 2014-03-10 03:38 pm (UTC)Kellister replied with, "no she refused to fix it. like 608 dollars for nothing." She went on to say how it took two years to save the money.
I'm glad you've posted your side of it, it's very strange how it seems like K.K. is twisting things around to sound like a victim rather than try to have the head fixed by you. Seems like it would be more productive to take you up on the offer to fix it. About stuff like the "kelly green" hair stripe, was that even specifically requested from the beginning, or did she just assume you'd be psychic and know? :/

Date: 2014-03-10 11:42 pm (UTC)Their behavior is quite.. childish. I have a hard time believing she is in her late 20's as well.
I'm sorry you had to deal with that kind of outburst and as a maker myself I could understand how it must be hard to deal with especially when they never came forward to address the issues calmly and professionally.

Did she ever tell you she had glasses?
She keeps saying how long it took her to save up, but in her email it says her parents paid for it as a birthday present? There's a lie in here somewhere.

Date: 2014-03-13 04:22 pm (UTC)Good for you Keryu for sticking to your guns and holding your professionalism going above and BEYOND bending over backwards to make accommodations for your customer.
I must also make a public mention while I am a current head-only customer of yours, I have been nothing but overjoyed to work with you as you have been nothing but professional in our business transaction.
As artists we are not mind readers, and reply on clear communication to portray what we want to translate into suit form for the money we spend. You did 110% of what Kellseter asked for. Period. If she had wanted things like thicker ears like another mask you had made, perhaps linking pictures of it in her initial commission request would have solved that one problem. I could go on about the lime/green color hues and the mask being "too tight" but others above me already addressed those concerns. You offered to fix it, she declined. Moving jaw heads require it to be tight in order to work; a moving jaw is what she requested.
Thank you again for showing your side of the story. And beware well warranted. You keep on crafting Keryu :)

Date: 2014-03-14 09:28 pm (UTC)on the same note, i find it extremely unfair that the commissioner used the ears as a point of complaint when she chose to back out of having them adjusted when it was brought up in your correspondence. :/

Date: 2014-03-15 04:01 am (UTC)I'm confused by some things they complained about with both suits too? She was upset that her older suit head only had teeth on the bottom I believe, but that's a purely stylistic choice. One of my heads only has teeth at the bottom, and it looks great.
I do see the problem with the ears though, I think they are a bit too close together and too flat. I guess it's something to look out for next time!
I think the fursuit is adorable and it's so sad that it went to someone who doesn't seem to appreciate it. I hope they learn how to love it, because it really is nice.
Sorry that you had to deal with this person.
