EXPLAIN:
I was linked to this image (http://i.imgur.com/otfK4kb.png <--NSFW) by another user at 8:55am. I opened it out of curiousity and it spoke for itself.
Barely less than ten hours ago i had uploaded this: http://i.imgur.com/3cbpQa3.jpg

I called her out about it. She takes the image down and writes this (http://i.imgur.com/xc7KPIu.jpg ) Claiming it was "Completely by myself" <---- yeah. no. She then deletes that journal and makes this one: (http://i.imgur.com/cx1Hyzs.jpg)

I then propose that if she supposedly drew it on her own, she should have no problem recreating it or at least getting pretty damn close. My direct words were "we can both redraw the image using the one I drew as a reference." She 'accepts' the challenge.

I went in her stream under the alias Vic Shaw. She apparently made it up in her mind that the challenge was to 'redraw it without any reference'. It wasn't. Her end result, none the less, was this: http://i.imgur.com/BTgRVJa.jpg <--NSFW

Point of it being if you did draw it 'yourself' or even had a decent grasp on anatomy...at...all...you could indeed at least get very close with a ref. And at LEAST get a somewhat similar structure without.
...i'll let her 'proof' speak on it's own here.

I'm also quite certain it's a trace because even if a decent artist did ref my pose (i'm FULLY aware you can't copy right a pose), they'd either A. realize the leg farthest from the viewer is bad. I just gave up on it because it was originally just a doodle for fun. or B. change it at least slightly because it helps maintain some bit of originality in the pose of the new work and C. Extremely heavy referencing...especially if it's being sold has been KNOWN to cause issues to arise (i can link an example of a situation if needed/wanted)

I also turned my cam on during it as proof that it was me and blah blah which i can also upload if that even comes into speculation.
I just cropped it out of the video to avoid looking like i was having an exorcism while that was playing at such a fast speed lolol.

This "artist" has had problems before as well. As seen on her old account in this journal here:

I am unsure whether her 'past' issues were trace related or simply riding the coat tails of a style (which im aware isn't defended here) but I figured it was relevant. I also have screen shots of a note exchange between the previous artist she had issues with just confirming if she had with the same person i have.

I could be wrong, but i'm almost certain she was busted for doing the same exact thing not too long ago, but I can't remember if I saw it on here or on Tumblr.

Her icon and the association with pose tracing seems REALLY familiar to me..

I kinda find it amazing how she can keep on claiming to have made each and every image without tracing/referencing heavily seeing how every piece is vastly different in anatomy. Still I'm even more amazed about the amount of people ganging along side with her...

I was in that stream as well, and from what I saw it would be very hard for her to get that first result with the technique she used.
That being a ball joint stick skeleton at the base and straight to lines, no sketch in between and no pen pressure. Also accepting the stream challenge, and then back out of it in the middle did not look good either. Just thinking if I was accused to tracing something I did not, then I would love to prove them wrong a 100%


Edit; I completely forgot, but "Everyone copys a style at one point in another! It isn't stealing merely a copy to help the person ACHEIEVE SOMETHING in their lives!" And then her friend claiming that every artist have stolen, heavily referenced or traced something in the journal comments just made me really annoyed. Way to go and try justifying art theft and something she appearntly doesn't do

I was also in that stream and boy, was she off.

She nailed it whens he didn't claim for it to be 'traced' but when asked to draw it again, it was way off... Yeah, she's not fooling anyone.

She also had made another journal (before she deleted it), claiming that copying/tracing was okay. I just shook my head at that point.

She also got a Sofurry account under the same name, she could get it from there too if there is some artists there that dont use FA.

She had listed me as her favorite artist for a while. and a lot of my art was in her favorites. I'm pretty certain the only reason there aren't favorite tracks for this incident is because i had, had previous issues with her before and blocked her about 2-3 months prior to this more serious incident.
