Mostly because it's very time consuming. I've had one or two nit-pickers over $20 commissions who ended up making me do change after change and with the hours I put in it was absolutely not worth the $20. So the rule got put into effect. I've been known to bend that one if the client seems reasonable and is just curious though, or if I'm feeling uncertain about a detail.
