I'd pull the stuff about "optional good-faith deposits" and do business via paypal or google wallet only, since cheques and money orders can be faked.
I'd also pull the stuff about your kid and other job, just simplify it with "I prefer to work without deadlines" and maybe something about requesting a deadline within reason. The less your customer has to read to get the gist of each point, the better.
For subject limitations, I would just make up a list of stuff you won't draw, in bullet points.
