At the same time, I'm human and they're human, and business transactions happen between human beings, and human beings have feelings which effect the way they act. If it's no excuse for me, it's no excuse for them, either. We're messy creatures sometimes and we can't really help that - all we can really do is accept it, resolve to do better next time, and move on.
