How long should I wait?

This is mostly just an asking advice submission, so I won't name any names. I bought a ladder auction fursuit commission back towards the end of November 2013. Made arrangements with the people for payment plans, and payed my payments on time. I finally payed it off towards the end of February 2014, and had been getting regular updates from the people with pictures and such. Then in about March/April I kind of stopped hearing from them, and here it is Almost the end of June, and I haven't really gotten any updates about the fursuit.

We never agreed on a set time line, and no deadlines were given, so I was wondering, how long would be to long to wait, to take action, as far as I am aware they don't really have a queue, but I am unsure, as they don't seem to have a queue public.

Get in contact with them if you have not done so already.
Are they active on the profile that you are dealing with? If they are, they should be able to let you know what the issue is (if there is one).

Personally, I would wait until September, if there is nothing then, report them.

This is a case where waffle/simper-y language isn't helping you. "Kind of stopped hearing from them"? "haven't really gotten any updates"? This makes me think that you've been totally depending upon the seller to initiate contact with you, and you're being too polite/shy/fearful of contacting the seller.

I'm not saying to go all Samuel L. Jackson on them, but say, "Hey, I last heard from you on [date], with some photos... How's that coming along? Can you give me an estimate of when I can expect to receive the suit?" It's polite, non-accusatory, and not presenting yourself as a doormat.

I'd say, ask for an update now, and ask for an estimate of completion. They have the full amount of the suit, apparently, unless they get a fire lit under their butts, they have no further motivation to complete in a timely manner (except their own code of ethics, which we can hope isn't "I Got Mine"...)

This. Contact them. Ask them for an estimated completion time. Then you'll have a deadline that you can anticipate and they can work towards. Right now, as far as this person knows, you may well be content to wait forever. Unless you let them know otherwise, they'll have no idea that you're starting to get antsy. Be polite, but be honest too!

I have contacted them, I've been in contact with them, It appears that they haven't read my note, as of yet, and I also emailed them, asking for an ETA of when it would be done. I told them I had some cons coming up in August-November and I wanted it done by then, but it doesn't seem like they have read any of the notes.

Ah, you should have said that in your post. "Not hearing from them" and "They're ignoring my messages" are two different situations! If they're not replying at all, and you've tried multiple ways of reaching them, that's a pretty big red flag, and I would be considering posting about them here by name.
