Shizimiru/Comico : Character I payed for being Resold (Shimiren Species)

WHAT: I actually have a LOT of stuff on Shizi, but I'm still waiting on a couple screenshots from friends before I post a full...bio? On her, so the main focus of this AB is on MY character.

I bought this guy from Shizimiru back in February of 2013, he was a part of her species, the Shimiren. He originally started out as an egg in an adopt auction ( what his egg looked like can be seen in the right-hand corner of the linked reference above) and I won him. I was sent and Invoice from Shizimiru to pay for him after I won him, in which I payed the invoice. Around May of the same year, I found out that Shizimiru is a big-time scam artist and wanted nothing else to do with her. Out of spite, she has tried to re-sell this character I bought from her several times over, refusing to admit that I payed for him even after showing evidence of the payment. As far as I know, its been resold at least twice and she is currently trying to again.

EXPLAIN:
Sooo...I can't get DA to take anything down since I'm not the original artist of Bhanu's reference sheet. I talked to Kingneroche (aka Ibee) but it seems DA isn't really taking it seriously :< I sadly had the Admin Realitysquared work on my ticket and he responded very rudely and called the ticket 'resolved' when it most certainly isn't. Oh well, I've been working on redesigning Bhanu anyways, so that is that. I've given up on trying to resolve this with reason so I'm just going to move on and forget. However, I wanted to make an AB anyways to at least warn people not to buy this if you see it.

Umm...if I think anything needs to be added I'll get to it later. Its late and just writing this has gotten my heart-rate up so I need to call it quits for now.

EDIT IMPORTANT: I noticed some of you were commenting on her account. DON'T. Calling her out and leaving insults is not going to help the situation. If you want to warn people, then link them to this AB but don't go and start raising a mess on her account, its immature and your not making yourselves look any better by doing that. So PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT ON HER ACCOUNT.

She does do this out of spite. I believe 100% that you paid for this shimiren, cause shes done the same thing to me on commissions, as well as gifts.

Infact i notice my name in that screenshot, one of the users you mentioned it was sold to. Id just like to clarify, she never sold it to me. She "gifted" it to me, but once i found out that it was indeed claimed an paid for, i pretty much wanted nothing to do with it. Of corse she took this hard an blew up as ussuail, revoked the permission, an threw a fit.

The other person "emberfox" was a previous mate of hers, an its likely she had him do the same thing. I highly doubt he paid for it. He was likely gifted it, an the second they broke up, she took it back (it wouldnt be the first time)

I doubt Emberfoxy paid for it either. Whats funny is when he (emberfoxy) dragged me into a Skype call with her, I did a screen share showing the payment straight from my Paypal. He got reeeal quiet after that. I guess he found out I was telling the truth and of course now she is saying he is lying too. Figures right?

I don't know why she is saying I'm friends with him lol 'cause I don't know him nor do I care for his existence. He was rude to me just like she was.

I'm so sorry you had a run in with her. Several of my friend'sfriend's have had horrible financial issues with her has well. Though she had threatened them with hijacking their computers.

I'm STILL floored how she always feels so stunned she still has drama going around her when she does things obviously out of spite. Like that bit where she's claiming you can pay for the drawing, but other people will pay for it too and everyone will just pay over and over again for the same damn character and the rights to just repost it and use it despite it not being exclusive. That's a slap in the face and obvious spite

Also, who the heck would pay for a character they don't have the rights to? What part of any of that seemed like it would be a good idea and wouldn't seem shady.

Just seems like she's bored and has nothing better to do and the drama about her wasn't being paid attention to much anymore so she needs to start some stuff to keep herself relevant.
