I'm compiling this report to warn potential artists, people in the furry fandom or people with attractive and unique characters to watch out for this person.

3 months ago,  I had a commission client basically 180 on me.  I always knew he may have been a bit...weird to keep on my MSN.  He already recieved his commission from me months prior, but continually talked to me.  He has admitted to me many times to "using people's icons with permission", and always wanted me to send him art...which I never did.  He was overly friendly (hugs, nuzzles, and more uncomfortable things) and constantly emo-ed that he was being picked on.

Indigo Nightfall (who's fursona is Rukia Skye) is an impersonator, art thief, liar, and many other negative things. I was even so nice to give this jerk a free f*cking icon because he was a former client and it was just a recolor. He's added me 3-4 times on MSN. When he added me again, it as from an unknown email address. When I messaged the person to ask them who they were and tell them that they need to ask me permission if they add me, because I was 'this' close to blocking them, he said, "Maybe you should just block me then if you're going to have this attitude." After blocking him for saying that, he messaged me again (from another address) and called me a "bitch."

He goes by many names, of which I will list below. He's already ADMITTEDLY stolen from Skidd, angelaito, Accelo, Fara_Onyx, JessicaElwood, me (Shizuki) (all on FurAffinity) and now many others as I keep getting notes on how to avoid him on FA.  He continually changes his name and steals other people's icons, and he claims he's either a girl or a boy on forums and for RPs. He will try to be buddy buddy with you and claim that he sees "other people" stealing your name and your characters, when in actuality it's probably just him. He will have his friends add you to their MSNs only to try and cause you to get into their drama.  He will impersonate "friends" to talk to you, pretending it's not him.  He stalks people on IMVU and I've also heard on Second Life as well.

He creates loopholes on FA, so none of the admins or mods can block him or catch him in the act, eventhough he's probably worth banning from the site considering all the theft, stalking, and general other things he does to ruin other people's lives.

He's indigo-nightfall on FA, he also goes by Echo, Echo Abyss, his fursona is Rukia Skye, Nyghtwulf, Pharsti, Charisma Lipton, Flonne_Ninetales, Ivory Yoshioko, and sometimes Beast Wars transformers names. He may also try to contact people through Colleen, Colleen Kiyoneko, Echo_misfit, or Echo_puppy.  And more recently on AIM, Tahir Wolfblade.

If you intend to block him from your FA, which I highly suggest, I think you have to type Indigo-Nightfall just like that or else it will not work.

Also he's recently created a forum: http://anthroparadise.ath.cx/.  Today Ceceil Felias informed me someone by the name of Tahir Wolfblade contacted her on AIM asking for 'Rukia Skye' if he could use her artwork on the Anthro Paradise website.  Now the person acts very friendly with her, so we're under the suspicion it is him as well.

EDIT: Tahir Wolfblade passed away.  Apparently he's impersonating the dead as well.

I'm sure he'll eventually see this, and try to get me banned on FA.  He's done it before, anytime anyone badmouths him on FA, forums, or otherwise, he tries to get them banned, or harasses them.

They added a server to my irc network twice (*sigh* shame on me, the second time was a really long night and I misread some things and thought I'd been put in an "add it or piss off the admins of the most popular server on the network" situation) and lasted about a day each time before I had to kick them off. (Second time I didn't realize it was the same person until (s)he joined as little_pussycat)

This person really gets around, and apparently uses a ridiculous amount of alts.

I've personally caught this person using Accelo and/or my handle as 'Accelo' on several occasions; personal forums, Furcadia, and just recently on IMVU (where he/she turned around and tried to deface herself to put a poor name on me on FA).

Now I *do* have my own IMVU, and it surely isn't that linked above. It was mostly registered to keep instances like that from happening, but it's not likely to happen.

I've also, in the past, helped Indigo-Nightfall/Rukia Skye to create her persona after catching him/her several times using Accelo without any consent whatsoever.

I have been attacked by this person as well. He had joined my forum and within 24 hours..less than he had harassed several of my members, made threats to hack my board, and well lets just say it wasn't pretty.

Of course I banned him on everything I possibly could. I have logs of his harassment his threats.

I met this person 3 months ago, within the first 5 minutes of talking to him he asks to be my mate. I said of course..No.

Then I didn't speak to this person for about well 3 months, then he contacts me via this name Blood Pharotek acting as though he was someone else. his Roommate is what he said when I called him on being Indigo. He also claims that Indigo is Handicapped and mentally challenged. [Paralyzed from the waist down is his claim.]

He also was aggressively recruiting members from my board to be mods on his board. By aggressive I mean that he would contact them, ask them to be mods, send them nude pictures of supposed mods [not sure if it was fursona pictures or not] and when they would say no, or even maybe...He would get pissed and say " You are Blocked! Consider yourself to be Hacked!!!" Or something else very similar to that effect.

He had also had asked if he could sign on as a different user on my board. He claimed that there was a person on Fa that he admired and wanted to use their name. Of course that was a big resounding NO. I never did find out what name he had wished to use.


Well after all was said and done, he had a few choise names for me, threatened to hack my board and well that's pretty much it..

This mind you happened about 3 days ago.. A lot can happen within 24 hours. Very scary.
I do believe this person needs help of some form..and I am a little worried about what this person can do.

Is there any way this can be stopped? Aside from reporting him to my hosting company..is there any other way?

Hello. I am not actually a livejournal user, I keep my journals on Bebo, so please forgive me if I'm doing something wrong as I really don't know how things work round here. I just made this account so I could post on this board.

I too have met this person - luckily only once. He added me on MSN and seemed fairly balanced for a while and then started 'virtually' groping me. I quickly said I had to leave and blocked him. He has since tried to add me four additional times. Thanks a lot for the list of his aliases, I haven't been fooled by him yet but I can never tell when I might just give the wrong person a chance.

Ah well. Thank god someone actually made the effort and put this up.
Finally I know whom I was dealing with.
Yes, as you can guess, I also experienced their drama and the like.
Unfortunately it all started at the end of 07, I think something around November.
Actually I met that person through a friend who was talking to me, telling me he met some english girl at FA who's into Star Trek and since he's not so good speaking english, he made the both of us known to each other.
It all started off with that theme and it (I'm calling that person "it" since it's still not totally sure whether male or female, but I have a high tendency to male according to the way they were acting and a picture I was shown) linked me to the following site http://vectorprime.servebbs.net, which was shut down later on obviously.
I guess it was also one it owned in a way.
So after a while of talking I got asked to manipulate a photo to look female and the obvious "he" as you could see on that picture later on said "his" fursona would be female, so I guess that person really is male.
After that it got really direct, asking for a sexual rp...
And now it got really interesting, seeing that I got threatened to help search for furry drawings it might find attractive. It was then when his "sister" showed up the first time for further confusion. "She" told me "she" and "her brother" were using the same AIM-Account and her brother made another one a longer time ago by the name "Charisma Lipton".
At one time it was swearing as hell, when another time it would block me for say that I got fucking confused now, telling me it was for cussing.
I guess the deal was to make me think "the sister" was really a different person by making her a hater for cussing when "the brother" itself was swearing as well.
Later on I was told "his sister" would be at the hospital and it seemed rather angered about question about their health.
Now it happened that, after over a year, said "Charisma Lipton" got back to me and I was wondering who that was at first til I had a hint and it proved right.
Said person was the same one that contacted me a while back and claimed it got back from the hospital not long ago and has to remember all things again, asking me if I would know how to code MUDs and that it got harassed by "a bitch" after asking me if I had MSN.
I was given the mail-address of Echo_Misfit@hotmail.co.uk obviously so I would get bothered instead.
Gladly I've learned from mistakes and also didn't feel like searching me more drama, so I googled the address and posted that link after reading quickly.
Funny, I was threatened to get blocked if I shouldn't add "her" on MSN - unfortunately I hate threats.
After calling me a quote "fuckfag" /quote and was said to go to hell, I reread this page again and found out more about that person.
So, long story, short result: let me add to your list since that person was the same that, about a year back, contaced me on AIM as LunarWolfox.

Also I might say the person used to be as accurate with their spelling as possible, always using punctuation and starting with a capital latter at each sentance.
But I think it changed that now.

I was informed of this from Accelo and I too wanna put in my 2 cents of this douche Indigo. I commented on a commish of the character on his section of FA named Rukia. and then it got into a whole RP session wit the character. As I was Rping my mate had to run out and get something. Sadly he came home about a half hour later saying he had to walk home cause a cop pulled him over and said he couldn't drive the car home due to not having any insurance. I helped my mate first and foremost and got his car back, but I then saw that Indigo was still online on MSN and I said I was sorry I took so long to respond but I was helping my mate with his car. He then yelled at me and cussed me out saying I should of said I was leaving. I said my mate comes first and if you can't handle that then fuck off. I was then IM'd on AIM by supposedly indigo's mate saying that indigo had to be rushed to the hospital cause of a emo act that I deny'd him rp sex. I'm thinking "what the hell is this person trying to prove?"

Then on SL I got IM'd by indigo again. And he/she apologized for that move he made. I was asked if I wanted to have a little RP cuddling and said fine and then things was turning out ok but then later on I was asked if I wanted sex after reading everyone's messages about that the account was hacked and how everyone was being hated thanks to this dickweed.

I said sorry but not now, I'm not in the mood. He then says, "No one deny's me sex you hear me? NOBODY!!" and I said well if you can't handle it then you might as well go back to the hospital again and slit yer other wrist.

I was later blocked. about 6 months later I get an IM from Indigo on SL under a different name and was said that the person hacked his account and was making alot of enemies. He had 2 other people there too and they we're building. However I didn't have my mic working at the time but I was voice chatting and listening to indigo belching like every 5 minutes into the mic. He never said excuse and it was fucking rude as all hell. I wanted to make sure this was the true indigo and started asking questions I remembred back when he got pissy at me.

I started getting lots of different responses from him about like if he was cool about me being mated cause he got mad that I was and didn't tell him, even though I did before we started even chatting. Then to ask the biggest question of all was if sex was all this person wanted again and would get pissy if I had to leave abruptly. He said yes he would and asked me to promise him not to leave during a session.

Then and there was the kicker. it was the fake indigo. The same asshole that got mad at me for denying sex. I knew it was a fake cause the REAL Indigo wouldn't be such a god damn pig over a voice chat and also kick my ass out of the sim.

I don't know who the real one is but I know who the fake one is now. I've chatted wit Christy and know who the real one is and many others that this person has hacked. This asshole is bad news and shouldn't be given anything art wise, sex wise, or chatting wise.
