WHAT: A American Horror Story Theme Piece Of Her Fursona

WHEN: About two months ago, I waited an honest good month because she's been having troubles. she never answers my notes anymore.

EXPLAIN: I have given her two months, warning notes, and had even offered a redraw and sneak-peek-- she has promised payment, but still hasn't paid, she had even written a journal-- http://prntscr.com/5ngy0t complaining of having payment but alas I have since failed to receive such. in any way shape or form. I have included in my screenshots- the other option to pay me and have warned her that she was going to bewared; she has stopped replying to my notes. She reads them and doesn't say a word.

I am new to this please excuse me if I do something wrong!

So if I understand correctly, the person came to you with an idea, you sketched out something so you were both on the same page, they got a quote and that's it?

Did you finish the work or is it still in sketch / line stage?

I am not saying you aren't owed something for your time, but I got a little confused reading the notes.

Yeah even if it isn't in the sketch part I would back out and call this a loss.

I gave her sketch to show her a position and what she would be paying for.

Then I finished the piece a week later, showed a sneakpeek and she liked it.

If she needs her parents permission to use paypal this sends warning signals that she's a minor and therefore can't be held to TOS contracts if it goes balls up :/ I'd back out of this one if it is just a sketch atm

If they are using their parent's paypal and they arent letting them use it for this, that is a MAJOR red flag. If I were you, I would back out immediately. I would personally never work with someone who is under age. You can easily assume you wont get paid, just from that screenshot.

She's receiving a fursuit. Paying what..1000+ bucks?

She can't keep promising payment, comissioning OTHERS.

The problem with minors is they cannot be held to contract. It isn't that you aren't owed money, it's that you might not see the money for it.

It's something people should be wary of, if she is commissioning people and not paying for it. The sad fact of the matter is no matter how much you try to get her to pay, if she is a minor, you might be out $30.
