WHEN: september 3rd was around the time i got the commission, september 4th is when i payed

EXPLAIN: i ordered a 80$ commission from swizz back in September of 2014 and i had asked him for commission status a few times through that duration once in september week or so after and then once a 2 months later in november, i caught him doing a stream during October these were YCH commissions done in stream I'm not sure if it was done ahead of anybody waiting though, this is where he was streaming it https://furstre.am/stream/Swizzlesneaks
January 7th found that he was doing commissions for a few people listed as friends on his FA and still no response to my messages anywhere
January 13th Sent out PM to all swizz's accounts including his commission email account asking for refund
January 16th found pics on swizz friends account that were dated for January 7th despite inquiries on commission status and inquiry for refund however later that night i found he actually finally responded to me
