I'm not defending it, im just pointing out that depending on the person it's not as minor as people seem to think.
edit: as well as that when mine flares up i find that my art comes off weird and off? so i tend to mostly draw personal art so that i dont give my commissioners something of a lower quality then they paid for. but like i said, id refund people.
