WHEN: Commissioned on May 5 2014, non-reply to notes since December 2014 despite her being active on FA.

She replied to a shout in March which means she had logged into FA, but still did not read my notes - http://i.imgur.com/7MboJZX.png
EXPLAIN: She was running a 2 character couples commission for $40. I replied to the journal (now gone) and she said I got the slot. I sent her payment via PayPal on 05/05/14. I sent her a note a few months later inquiring about the status. She did eventually reply to the note apologizing and stating her intent to start on it soon. This was the last I heard from her. I sent her a note in on 12/05/14 asking about the status but that note is still unread despite her being active on FA since then. On 01/24/15 she posted a journal that she did not have the drive to work on commissions anymore and would be offering refunds. I sent her a note on 02/15/15 regarding her journal asking for a refund. She still has not read or replied to either of my most recent notes despite evidence of her being active on the site since they were sent. She replied to a shout on 03/23/15.
Unfortunately I do not have any of my notes from before December to show the original commission conversation, as I deleted all of my old notes. If any admin wants to see, I can provide further proof that I commissioned her (involves real names so I can't put it here).
