Beware Olisnowpaw/Olivia Snowpaw

artists_bewareI am posting for MiranWolf on FA (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/miranwolf/), as he does not have an LJ account.
He commissioned Olisnowpaw (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/olisnowpaw) in November 2008 for a $50 piece. She has not delivered the art, and apparently has made excuses, such as claiming that the art she owes Miran was gift art and not a commission. He has a copy of his Paypal receipt here: http://i1208.photobucket.com/albums/cc361/theUBERtah/Receipt.jpg
Unfortunately I cannot provide examples of attempted contact between them, as apparently she has deleted Miran's comments and subsequently blocked him from contacting her further.
