Lost Contact: junkshopheibon/Talurea/Vaireus

Does anybody know how to contact junkshopheibon on deviantart? Their main account is Vaireus and another joint account they used to be on was Talurea. I have sent them numerous notes and emails and haven't gotten a response to any of these. Additionally, I've reached out to the people they've shared accounts with, but those individuals also don't know how to contact this artist.

Me and my best friend commissioned junkshopheibon for redesigns back in August-September 2016. We'd very much like a way of getting into contact with them for our commissions or possible refunds!
