Looking for an Artist

Hello. I owe a commission to a user, and their account has been completely emptied and they moved accounts. But, they moved secretly. I know it's not my job to hunt them down, and they never contacted me. But I cannot just refund as it was a physical item.

They say they are still on FA and to note them for their new account, but my note has never been responded to. I doubt it was even read.

Does anyone know their new account?

Edit - She read the note (I notice when this was under mod) but didn't reply. Should I bother trying to contact her on the new account, or what? I'm not sure what to do in this situation since she's now swapped account without telling me, and not given me refs after reading the note.
