Just a note of potential refund

Just a warning to the community about potential recent going ons with my commissions.

Recently I have realized my lifestyle in hong kong has dramatically changed my outlook in freelance. It is frustrating to the point I've decided to refund all of my commissioners if nothing pans out in a month. I will give gifts as well as WIPS as I no longer wish to keep beating a dead horse. Since I am being interviewed for a job I hope I can be given the environment conducive for productivity and hard work. At home, I fear my freelancing days are hampered. Living with my folks out here in the traditional chinese setting is just too different from when i was living in my own apartment.
