Went into her latest livestream and confronted her, nicely, about a refund or her posting the piece. She cleared the text I'd written and said how rude it was of people to 'disrupt' her stream. ffft. Still no WIP or refund. WTF does on have to do to force her hand?

Other than posting to her online profiles, there are only a couple of other methods which I could recommend. 1) Call her and/or two 2) Contact her through her friends in a nice way.

Why hasn't anything been done about her yet? Fa isn't going to ban her because she's a popufur artist. I'm starting to think the only way you and others are gonna get your are is by banning together and doing small claims court. However I have a feeling that would be like trying to wrangle cats :X

I've been talking to witchiebunny about this and she needs to go through dragoneer, who I guess has been unresponsive about it. I think she's angry at me so I've been making an effort not to bother her, but last I'd talked to her, she told me she was going to talk to dragoneer because she was tired of Star's crap.

Witchiebunny is no longer FA staff, I also believe she wants to distance herself from any drama these days.

Really now, who wants to have furry drama affiliated to their name? I only get away with affiliations since the 'controversies' listed on my wikifur page are civil rights and anti-pedo related.

It really needs to stop. If dragoneer can ban someone who was doing charge backs after a completed commission; surely he can go after sf who has MORE than enough evidence against her. I hate double standards.

He can.. I don't know why he doesn't. I PMed him personally and he acted like I didn't even ask the question (I asked why she was still around scamming when others have been banned for far less), ignoring it entirely, so I guess it's just not something he wants to deal with.

He's banned her "permanently" before. And unbanned her. Dragoneer has issues with taking commission money and never doing the work himself, so he just doesn't care. (At least the person I know that had a several year over-due commission from him got a refund, finally.)

I have a theory that either involves blackmail or something else. Superpopular people on FA never stay banned, he doesn't like it, because it hurts his popularity, which is all he cares about.

Nope. And the only reason the person I know got their money back was threatening to post him here. Dragoneer is fame driven, so threatrn that and you can usually get what you want. I think Starfinder has something held over his head which is why he won't ban her.

In her new submissions and recent journals, she keeps talking about working on her backlog as well as taking on all these new commissions, but I sure haven't seen it happening. :/ I'm sorry this has happened to you.

I was thinking she probably knows something about him that he doesn't want public. But that's very possible too. And in his world, "Oh, it takes me a little while to get things done (4 years and no contact is a little while?), so I can wait." Or she'd just run off with his money if he banned her.

This whole situation really just pisses me off. Witchie is grabbing every last bit of info she can, like she's Starfinder's personal cop... But it's not necessary since, like I said, he KNOWS. I don't particularly care for Witchie on a personal level, since I think she's a bit rude in her replies, but there's no reason at all for her to have to do all this.

Well, he takes money, but the person I mentioned never got the art after something like 4 years, and he started taking IronArtist commissions, but... how many of those have you seen?
