I wanted to keep you in the loop. Unfortunately, the commissioner who's piece I finished a few days ago (it's the 'Sheppie Girl' upload on FA) has flaked and not paid for the work. :( I was hoping to use the funds from that piece to refund you, but now it's been delayed since there are no funds. I will attempt to recover funds somehow, probably with a new commission, to give you a full refund this week. If that doesn't work, I will at least try to give you a partial refund (as much as I can muster after rent/bills are taken care of on the 1st) and then take it from there. :) Please let me know if this is okay. I'm doing the best I can here to make you happy/rectify things.

It's mentioned in an A_B post somewhere. I will (hopefully) be able to just refund you by the end of the weekend and get you off my back. Right now I am waiting for a considerably large payment on a commission that I finished/streamed, but have not heard back from the buyer in the past 2 days. As soon as I hear from them and get paid, I can refund you. Now please, stop commenting on everything I post, in my streams, etc and just in general hounding me. I am doing the best I can here, and I just want peace and quiet.

I actually asked Dragoneer if this matter was actually going to be resolved, he kinda waffled at me about how it supposedly "wasn't clear cut", I pointed out all the problems and how it looks to others that the problem hasn't been sorted in several years despite all the evidence stacked against the person in question and that there were rumours flying about that the staffer dealing with it had been removed due to it and he replied to me then immediately deleted the journal the comments were on.

I captured the first three comments if anyone wants to see them. I didn't see the last reply before he hit delete. I'm not terribly impressed with his handling of this.

I saw that she's supposed to make a list of art owed and I was under the impression that it was to be public, but she's screening all the comments "to protect privacy." I asked 'Neer what his thoughts were on it (like, if the admins can see the comments, then maybe they'd consider it okay) so we'll see what he says, if he says anything... Not really holding my breath on that.

But of course! That's why it's probably better that the admins insist her list be public, at least from my point of view. No more hiding things, no more secrets, all out in public so even her devoted fans can see her backlog or her inability to stick with promises, even under the pressure of the administration.

But, if they can see her list, then maybe they'll figure that's all that needs doing... Ah well.

Seriously, the need to make Dragoneer out to be the bad guy in this instance is a bit baffling. He's not perfect by any means, but he's not the one scamming people and he trusted my judgment when I said Starfinder had to be dealt with, and trusted me to deal with it.

So again, Starfinder had NOTHING to do with why I left. At all. It's timing issues is all and I'm a bit bemused that it took the time I slept (less than 12 hours after I stepped down) for this rumor to take full foothold.

The problem is that Dragoneer has sat on his hands for years while this was going on. It isn't the first problem he's dropped the ball on either. People are sick of hearing "we're dealing with it" and there not being a single sign that it's being taken care for for months if not years.

If I told a client that I was taking care of their image without evidence for that length of time, I wouldn't expect them to trust me, yet 'Neer seems to think others should trust him.

Dragoneer is enabling a scammer, which isn't as bad but still pretty bad :/

I don't blame you for stepping down, but it IS a loss to the site. You were one of a few admins actually doing their job. I'm still stuck with a list of links to a few dozen cub porn pictures up on FA. Other admins make promises ('cept Ratte, who just told me to do her job for her before she closed the ticket, unresolved) but nothing happens. :/
