I love how accurately that first irrational outburst she had about the fur really sets the entire behind-the-back, aggressive, condescending and honeyed-Internet-voice behavior of the entire exchange.

What blows me away (besides telling you off about buying fur off you-- LOL) is how the underarm markings ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE in the progress photos you sent. If there was ANY time to clear up a misunderstanding, that would have been it. Still would have been a huge pain to change them, but it's the difference between pointing out a change needed in the sketch phase of a painting rather than the final.
It's absolutely spectacular how she went behind your back in that first auction, promised changes (she can't have actually been ignorant of what she was promising to the potential customer-- I think she was trying to hook them into buying with deliberately false info), and then had the nerve to come back to you all like 'HEY HON ^__^'.
