To be perfectly honest, it doesn't matter if this was new to you or not. It being new explains why you didn't know what to do, but it isn't a reason to talk to her like you did. Look at the convos about the fur scraps. It's fine you didn't know you could have them as extra, but you ask for explanation and leave it at that, but rather, you got extremely hostile and accusatory. Most people would have cancelled the commission right there, rare does someone think maybe you're just having a bad day and tries to continue on with it.
I don't really see anywhere where Growly said she didn't want to do fixes. She let you know what she can and can't do since it's a physical object, that's very different then saying she doesn't want to do this but will anyways. But, this doesn't explain why, if you didn't want to hassle her, you decided to write a review explaining the things wrong with it. Doing that is making her look like she refused to fix things for you when it was the complete opposite. In fact, she was doing MUCH more then most artists would for you, for free.
Two years or not, this very much deserved a beware. People change and people here know that, so no one is going to condemn you because of this one post, but I will point out that some people can be good with certain people and hell to work with others, so good and bad reviews can only go so far. This review doesn't mean you're always like this, just how people saying you're good to work with doesn't me you actually are all the time.
