Sort of lost contact

I've always hoped to never have to post on here but right now it seems like its needed.
I'm trying to find a way to get in contact with glitterdog.

I found out after today, through all the drama that's been going on that she has been scamming not only people in to donations but a good amount of her commissioners, including myself

I commissioned her for a badge last year about 10 months ago.
It was template badge she was doing and I received a quick picture of the badge and was told it was being shipped.

Never received it.
I contacted her a few months ago concerning it and she told me it "was returned to her" months ago.
Of course I'm a bit skeptical, and she tells me she'll ship it again.
A month later I still don't have it.

Is there anyway I can contact her?
And do I have the right to ask for a refund?

I was told I do and I should file a report with paypal but I'd rather not do that if not needed so I came here asking for help and for a few others who want to get their art or money back.

She's told all her other clients that
the badges were returned to her.

All badges returned to her?? She probably forgot the put stamps on them! lol.

Anyways, I found an account I found her on Furpaws.net/user/rheni/

I also found out her was an animal abuser according to http://www.kit.deviantart.com/ you can try and ask her, since she may know in person.

Yea I saw all that too.

No I don't really see it either.
But I'll wait a few days for the drama to die down then ask her about receiving a refund.

Thanks for her msn address I've had some real problems with her too, not a paid item but a trade she owes me. So I'm going to try her on here, I noted her FA (glitterdog) account and it's not read, I'm starting to think that I'm never going to see the things she owes me either... :/

I've had serious problems with her too.

I started a trade with her in July/August of 2010 and got her piece done by the end of September: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4555014/

I asked her if it was possible to get her side done by christmas for a gift for my husband. She agreed, but didn't get it done. I noted her around new years asking why and she said it was because she was moving and had stuff packed up. I left it a few months before renoting her, asking about the badges and if she could get them done by mine and my husband's 1year anniversary (late june) She responded with her stuff was still packed and she'd be getting boxes around mother's day and she'd recheck. I say Ok and wait another 3weeks before asking again. She says she still hasn't found them, and I wait a little longer.

Another few days pass before she notes me and says that she really didn't want to say anything but her dog had peed all over the badges and they were insalvagable and that she'd have to redo them (along with something extra) for the trouble. By this time I was already really pissed at her for messing me around so bad. So i just begrudgingly agreed and let her carry on. I note her a month later, asking about the badges (as it was getting closer to my wedding anniversary) And she says she's working on them.

Then the thing with her sister happens. I get a little annoyed that she takes on all this extra work (including working on things from her new list instead of doing mine) but because i had sympathy for her I didn't bother asking anything. Until she started taking on more work, then I noted her again just checking in on the status of the work.

Needless to say she didn't get them done by my wedding anniversary. I note her when i return from our getaway (almost 2weeks later) and ask why. She then says she didn't have access to a scanner, and that she'd have to ask a friend to take a photo. I agree and wait a while longer, poke her again asking. She sends me a note on July 20th. And then she finally shows me what she's done.

I subsequently give her my address and then i hear diddly squat until the drama post i saw yesterday. By the point she gave me the badges I just didn't care anymore, I just wanted them done :/ Now I just know I'm never going to see those badges.

I tried noting her on her glitterdog account, and now just sent an email to her msn. I'm hoping I'll see those badges. But from all of this which is happening I'm now doubting I will.

Its funny cause she wrote this LONG journal "defending" herself from the accusations made about her, and how she planned to give full refunds to people, but looks like the journal is deleted and I am assuming she has not refunded anybody.

I really hope you get a refund and this issue will be resolved.

Well, darn.

I commissioned her for a badge a while ago when she made a journal claiming her sister had a car accident. It was a small donation ($5) so I wasn't expecting much from it TBH. I received a picture of the finished product (http://i55.tinypic.com/2dce4y8.png) and she asked me for my address to ship it. I had _just_ moved to Tucson and wasn't sure if it had gotten lost in the mail, as I sent my new address a couple of days before I made it here. I had pretty much given up on it and had given it no more thought until now. She never replied to my last note asking her if she had shipped it, although it did appear as read. I'm not fuming in absolute anger because I don't care enough, but honestly, she already went through the trouble of making it and I would've been more than glad to pay for the postage, if that was the issue.

I guess chances are she never sent mine either. I don't get it, if the product's done, why not just ship it and avoid the drama?
