"Artists Beware"

I'm inclined to at least partially agree, OP should have been more clear with his concerns, but this whole commission situation seems to have turned into a dramafest and I know I have a hard time working on something with a nasty taste in my mouth. I think she should just refund in full to be done with it and move on, even if she has to cave on principle a little bit. I mean, no amount of money is worth this amount of anguish. Looks like an unpleasant situation for everyone involved :/
