It didn't occur to me at the time. But I was fully prepared to offer it as i do with anyone who has an issue. I've ALWAYS replaced things even if it cost more than the commission was initiall worth in the end. Its in my commission policy even. Though I admit i should have made that clearer in the beginning when i first replied.
I willfully admit my faults and i could have handled the process before i shipped it alot better. in the months between i've gotten alot better about that. I was still just starting out when i did this initially.
thats still no excuse for why i didnt scan it.
I think the two major things that ground me though was his refusal to check the post office and telling me he paid for wind. when he saw it drawn right before his eyes.
I've been in communique since taking the advice listed here and dealing with a possible resolution to this whole fiasco. But I appreciate the advice all the same.
