Turkey Day for those of us in the US is approaching quickly, which means after that? Christmas! If you want to get a jump on it with some great holiday art - this post will work out great for you to find the best artists to do your holiday commissions!

The only time I've ever had a long wait time from him was when he was dealing with some IRL problems at the same time, which was no problem. :3 Yesterday he finished a quick freebie (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6775283/) for me as well as a sketch for my boyfriend and I (http://cowtato.com/images/eek2011/rexkkiha.jpg) (Warning: Really NSFW!). I've always been a really big fan of his art style-- He's a really talented artist and a really fast worker. His commissions are cheap, too! I definitely recommend him to everyone. :D

Details: Majalo is someone I highly reccomend for commissions. Not only is she very quick at completions, but she'll work with you until she gets your commission perfect. I've constantly gone back to her time and time again for art over the year from sketches to custom character designs. She'll even livestream commissions to make double sure she is doing everything correct just for the buyer.

Details: I had ordered a custom fullsuit that was heavily padded of my pigeon character, Alar. Poprock and I have gone back and forth countless times on discussing every little detail. She was making sure and double sure with me throughout the suit process to get EVERY detail perfect for my liking. We even passed many ideas back and forth and on ways to make it efficient for me to wear and still comfortable. I highly suggest gettinfuzzy as a suit maker and would surely commission her again.

Approximate time period: First one took about a month, the second a couple weeks, so not very long at all!
Details: I commissioned her both times through teenycom and both times have come out absolutely gorgeous! I hope I can commission her again when I get some disposable income. She's worth it! I highly recommend her!

4. Details: I saw this posted to TeenyCom, and decided to take her up on it. Halloween was coming up, and I wanted at least one creepy icon/picture since I had a little extra cash at the time.
Turn around was less than a day. I went to sleep and woke up with a WIP in my inbox, and then a very short time later, I had the finished image.

4.I wanted three avatars of a couple OCs of mine, and she draws cutesy like a pro. We settled for 10 bucks a piece, and she began to work them out. First one is the one I have as an avatar, came on 10/09; second one came on 10/26. The third one hasn't come yet but I'm pretty positive it'll go smoothly like the rest. If you check her dA you'll see she's in hiatus, but she has noted me that she's still working on my icon so it's all okay.

4. I commissioned them for 2 icons. I wanted one to be halloween themed and the other mountain themed.
Both came out awesome and the icons took only about a week to complete once I paid. Dogbreath is very polite and a pleasure to work with.

4. This was another "pay what you want" commission, though I can't recall the amount I sent (between $40-$50). I got the image fairly promptly she managed to pull off exactly what I asked for! Very easy to work with!

3. The commissions I can talk about are crazy old, so we had to check our Paypal history: she has one payment from me on the 14th of July 2009,and has posted my first commission the twelve of that month and the second around the end of August.
4. Kyuume draws very expressive characters. Back when I commissioned her she was taking a batch of low detail cheaper commissions, plus it was over two years ago, so now both prices and style have changed and the ones I paid don't apply anymore; anyway, as you will see in the examples, she improved a lot in her art, and she's one of the very few people I would recommend for commissions (I think they're, like, 3 in total? I've had bad luck in my days). We're good friends, but from what I know she's pretty easy going even with strangers, does her job and does it well. 4. I got on Lingrimm's waiting list a while ago, and shortly after was confirmed for a commission slot. I was low on money at the time, and didn't expect to get a slot so quickly (I had gotten on the waiting list when I did have money), but they had no issue waiting a few days for me to get my money together and pay. Only three days after I paid, I got this wonderful icon you see here (http://ru13.deviantart.com/art/Blue-flower-266236251). For the price, I was simply shocked at the quality. Just...I still can't stop staring at it. They've only recently been able to accept money through paypal, so now's your chance to get some awesome art for a great price. :D The only thing I would note is that they do confirm and keep up with things mostly through journals, but they noted me the final piece and replied to let me know that they received payment, so they don't seem adverse to communicating through notes.

4. I commissioned Murikami to do a speed paint icon for me over livestream sometime around mid to late October. Watching her work was simply awesome, and I got the icon I'm using here out of it. :) Late October, Murikami ran into some dental trouble, so I commissioned her for two headshot sketches that you can see here. (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6772892) Now, when I commissioned her, I let her know that she could wait until she either got some awesome painkillers or got her teeth fixed before she worked on the commission. She finished them over livestream the next day. You know what I call that? I call that dedication. Freaky awesome dedication. Murikami gets all the points forever. :I
